In my research I have come across various terms related to artists in the careers, such as emerging artist and mid-career artist. I assume an emerging artist is one that is just starting out. Can someone realistically expect to get a good career as a makeup artist at a short-term vocational school? I am considering going to this makeup school that does not even take 2 months to complete. The tuition is below $2,000. If I complete the program, I'll be given a certifcate, and not a license of any kind. The program focuses just on beauty makeup....not on special-effect nakeup, or hair. I am 40sh artist who has made enjoyed and given away so many "careers", throw away, I am not done!? I have a bad habit of inthrawling myself in my art, and it is very empathic and absorbing.
