1. you practice, until you belive that you can survive out in the manga world, after that you've developed a comic that you think will interest a large group of people, send it to small publishers at first. If they accept you, think about sending it to larger companies and make your way up.
2. Well, since it's manga the main readers will be teens. We spend alot of time online so post so pictures of ur characters online. See how good a feed back u get back. If ur drawings are rly good then ppl will be interested in seeing a manga. Next place story ideas or pages. See how interesting ppl think the story is. Then if a publishing company finds it interesting they'll help u. If ur manga is that good then it'll hopefully be published. It would be a pretty cool career. =]
